Course description.
User experience (UX) means ensuring that a design of interfaces people interact with daily, like mobile apps, websites, smart watches, and physical products provide a good experience to their users. This course is designed to explore theoretical and practical foundations of user-centered design from both the design and research perspectives.
This course is open to all majors, university-wide and does not have pre-requisites.

After passing this course, all students should be able to:
• Understand the pillars of user experience
• Explain how to evaluate user experience in digital products
• List and outline user experience research and design methods
• Demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving/research skills
